December 5th has been a special day for our family for the last ten years- Its Madison's Birthday!!!
But one year ago today, December 5, 2010- Mom was diaganosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. Our lives were turned upside down in one day! Life became about doctors, oncologists, blood counts, chemo, and SURVIVAL! Our faith was tested like never before - why, was a question we were all asking!
Our friends and family gave us shoulders to cry on, provided our "daily bread" and anything else we needed, and above else- they were our prayer warriors! Mom is a living proof that prayer works! Miracles happen, and God hears our prayers!
So, today we celebrate December 5th- Madison turns 10, Mom is feeling great, and above all- "This is the Day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!" Psalm 118:24
Please rejoice and be glad with us- today is a GREAT DAY!
